EXHIBITOR Registration for the 24th Annual Perinatal Partnership Conference

Monday, September 18, 2017 (8:00 am-4:30 pm). Exhibits must be in place by 5:30 pm on Sunday, September 17, 2017 and remain until after the afternoon break on Monday, September 18, 2017 unless prior arrangements have been made. Set-up can begin at 2:00pm on the afternoon of Sunday, September 18 th . Break down of the exhibits can begin as early as at 3:30 pm on Monday, September 18th.

The exhibitor will be responsible for any unused exhibit materials. All left over materials will be discarded.

  • Non-Profit      $100
  • Profit              $400
  • Sales             $75 and 10% of sales (10% is due to Mid-Carolina AHEC no later than 14 days after the conference)
