TARGET AUDIENCE: Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants, Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants
PHYSICAL THERAPISTS: This activity is currently under review by ProCert. Should the activity be certified this outcome and the Continuing Competence Units (CCUs) awarded will be posted in the aPTitude system [Vendor may include here any additional information on how their customers will learn the outcome]. Certification may be awarded retroactively after the actual delivery date of the activity.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS: This course has been submitted to the South Carolina Occupational Therapist Association (SCOTA) for contact hours.
AHEC: This program is approved for 0.6 CEU’s (6.6 clock hours) of continuing education by Mid-Carolina AHEC, Inc. and meets the SC AHEC Best Practice Standards.
Participants must attend 90% of the program in order to receive a certificate of attendance. No partial credit will be given.
LEARNING OUTCOME: The purpose of this activity is to determine why and when wheeled mobility should be considered and understand the evaluation process and proper set up.

Registrations are accepted until class is filled. Registration assures placement, materials and notification if class is canceled. Registration is not complete until money is received along with the registration form. Written cancellation received two (2) weeks prior to the program date will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations received later than two weeks prior to the program, or failure to attend the program, are not refundable.
