To meet the growing need for quality educational programming for healthcare providers in the Mid-Carolina AHEC, Inc. region, the Board of Directors has approved the expansion of membership opportunities. The expansion of membership provides five levels of access to continuing education services at Mid-Carolina AHEC, Inc.
Individual Membership ($250) entitles the individual access to continuing education programs (excludes AHA and co-sponsors) provided by Mid-Carolina AHEC, Inc.

Affiliate membership entitles the staff of the organization to access the continuing education programs (LIVE, online-AHEC U, video conferencing), article retrieval, and AHA certification cards at the consortium membership rate.
Membership fees ($1,000 minimum) for Affiliate Membership are based on a sliding scale of your total number of Full Time Equivalent (FTE) employees.
Affiliate II membership entitles the staff of the organization to access continuing education programs (LIVE, online-AHEC U, video conferencing), article retrieval, and AHA certification cards at the consortium membership rate. Additionally Affiliate II Membership provides:
Membership fees ($3,000) for Affiliate II Membership are based on your total number of programming requests (3 minimum) each year. Programming requests for Affiliate II Membership are for on-site education only.
Student membership ($75) entitles students to attend all Mid-Carolina AHEC programs including
ALP (SC AHEC Learning Portal) programs at no charge for registration or at a discounted fee (excludes ACLS, BLS, PALS and joint-provider programs.)
