The SC AHEC Health Careers Academy is a health career exploration experience for high school students. Mid-Carolina AHEC, Inc. cooperates with eleven counties through grade specific programming filled with sessions and activities to promote academic success, career development and personal growth. Activities demonstrate the use of communications, math and science amongst practicing health professionals make up the curriculum specifically designed for future health professions students of South Carolina.
